Spring 2025 Wrestling Program

Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman Training

This 16-week training session will offer training for all three styles of wrestling. The first two weeks will be folkstyle focused and designed to prepare the athletes for the USAW Folkstyle Nationals. The remainder of the session is designed to introduce and/or increase the athlete's understanding of the Olympic styles of freestyle and greco-roman wrestling. The session is open to elementary through high school wrestlers, boys and girls.

  • Sundays 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (HS), 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (K-8) at BA
  • Mondays 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Grades 3-8), 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (HS) at Legacy at Carbon *
  • Tuesdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (All Ages) at MBA
  • Wednesdays 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM (K-8), 7:15 PM – 8:30 PM (HS) at BA
  • Thursdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (All Ages) at both locations

*Monday strength training is open to those who have signed up for the wrestling + strength package only.
