Elevate Your Wrestling Game with Young Guns Nashville

Young Guns Nashville is your premier destination for supplemental wrestling training in the Middle Tennessee area. Our club is dedicated to elevating the skills and performance of wrestlers by providing additional training opportunities outside of their main high school, middle school and club programs. Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned competitor, Young Guns Nashville provides the expertise and environment you need to excel!

In-Season Session

Nov 5 - Feb 25, 2026

We are postponing out hybrid hour classes until later in the month, after middle school wrestling is done.

Our in-season program is built to keep wrestlers progressing throughout the season while complementing their school or club training. Designed for club, middle school, and high school athletes, each session blends high-level skill work with athletic development to build complete, confident competitors. Practices combine technique introduction and reinforcement, controlled sparring, hard drilling, and live wrestling — giving athletes the right mix of technical instruction, intensity, and match simulation to translate training into results.

Our signature Hybrid Hour format features:

30 minutes of strength, conditioning and athletic performance training to develop power, endurance, and explosiveness. Additional recovery promoting methods will be included.
30 minutes of focused wrestling skill development and drilling to refine technique, positioning, and movement.

This balanced approach keeps the athletes strong, sharp, and competition-ready all season long.

Join us for our 8-week preseason session designed to prepare athletes for the Super 32 and USAW Preseason National tournaments. Features high-quality technique, hard drilling, live wrestling and conditioning to get you competition-ready by the end of October.
